Under Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding the processing of your personal data: (i) Learning whether your personal data is processed, (ii) Requesting information if your personal data has been processed, (iii) Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) Learning the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred, (v) Requesting the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or improperly processed, (vi) Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, (vii) Requesting that the corrections and deletions made to your personal data be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, (viii) Objecting to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems, (ix) Requesting the compensation of damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, You have these rights.
